Find What You Actually Want

I type what I mean. Not “luxury waterfront home” (that’s) noise. I type “3 bedroom Portland Maine under $400k near bus line.” (Because yeah, I care about the bus.)

The search bar works best when you talk like a person. Try “221B Baker St” or “maple street duplex.” It finds addresses. It finds neighborhoods.

It does not read your mind (so) don’t make it guess.

Filters? Start with price and bedrooms. That’s it.

Then add bathrooms if you need them. Or pick “house” or “apartment” (not) both. (You’re not shopping for a treehouse and a studio.)

Advanced filters are where things get real. “Pet-friendly” means no surprise deposits. “Garage” means dry shoes in winter. “Waterfront” it salt air (not) just “near water.” (Spoiler: “Near water” often means “near a ditch.”)

Save your search. Tap the heart icon. Done.
